📋Introduction
These Terms of Sale apply to products or subscriptions (including Poker Spin Tracker) sold by Poker Sciences. We have drafted them as transparently as possible.
📌1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of digital products offered by Poker Sciences (PS Systems LLC), registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. By purchasing any of these products, the customer accepts these terms.
💳2. Payment
Accepted payment methods: Credit card or bank transfer.
No additional fees.
🔑3. Product Access
Preflop and Postflop Packs: Immediate access after payment confirmation. The Preflop and Postflop Packs are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), by confirming the order, the customer gives their express consent to immediate performance and acknowledges that they lose their 14-day right of withdrawal.
Exception for Poker Spin Tracker: In accordance with Article 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, when a service has started during the withdrawal period at the consumer's request, the consumer remains liable for the part of the service already provided. For Poker Spin Tracker, we refund the subscription after deducting the days already used.
Unfortunately, we had to put this in place because of repeated abuse in the past. And that is why we created the 2,000-Spin free trial so you can try the tracker.
An invoice is automatically issued by Poker Sciences after the order. It is available upon request.
⚖️4. Customer Obligations
Non-disclosure requirement:
The content of Poker Sciences products such as the Preflop Pack is the exclusive property of Poker Sciences and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The customer agrees not to exploit, reproduce, represent, modify, publish, transmit or distort, in whole or in part, the content or databases available on the site.
In case of violation, Poker Sciences reserves the right to terminate access without refund and to pursue legal action.
Account sharing is prohibited:
Access to the Preflop Pack, the Postflop Pack, and Poker Spin Tracker subscriptions is strictly personal. An account must belong to one person only and may not be shared, lent, resold, or used by multiple users.
The customer may use their account on multiple devices, provided they remain the only user of the account.
To protect access to our products and ensure fair use for all customers, Poker Sciences uses an account-sharing detection system. In cases of abuse, access to the relevant product may be permanently suspended.
