Terms of Sale
📋Introduction
These Terms of Sale apply to Poker Spin Tracker products and subscriptions: the tracker subscription, the Study Pack, the GTO subscription and the Coach offer. We have drafted them as transparently as possible.
📌1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of Poker Spin Tracker digital products by PS Systems FZ-LLC (see the legal notice). By purchasing any of these products, the customer accepts these terms.
💳2. Payment
Accepted payment methods: Credit card or bank transfer.
No additional fees.
Coach offer: Tracking access is free and unlimited. Only Tracker and Study Pack access are billed, per student and per month.
🔑3. Product Access
Study Pack: Immediate access after payment confirmation. The Study Pack is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), by confirming the order, the customer gives their express consent to immediate performance and acknowledges that they lose their 14-day right of withdrawal.
Exception for Poker Spin Tracker: In accordance with Article 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, when a service has started during the withdrawal period at the consumer's request, the consumer remains liable for the part of the service already provided. For Poker Spin Tracker, we refund the subscription after deducting the days already used.
Unfortunately, we had to put this in place because of repeated abuse in the past. And that is why we created the 2,000-Spin free trial so you can try the tracker.
An invoice is automatically issued by PS Systems FZ-LLC after the order. It is available in My account, under Billing.
⚖️4. Customer Obligations
Non-disclosure requirement:
The content of Poker Spin Tracker products, such as the Study Pack, is the exclusive property of PS Systems FZ-LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The customer agrees not to exploit, reproduce, represent, modify, publish, transmit or distort, in whole or in part, the content or databases available on the site.
In case of violation, we reserve the right to terminate access without refund and to pursue legal action.
Account sharing is prohibited:
Access to the Study Pack and Poker Spin Tracker subscriptions is strictly personal. An account must belong to one person only and may not be shared, lent, resold, or used by multiple users.
The customer may use their account on multiple devices, provided they remain the only user of the account.
Modifying the software or using an unauthorized copy is prohibited:
The Poker Spin Tracker software is protected by copyright. The customer agrees not to decompile, disassemble or modify it, except within the limits permitted by law, not to circumvent its protection or access-control measures, and not to use, download or distribute a modified version or an unauthorized copy. Installing or running a modified copy constitutes copyright infringement.
To protect access to our products and ensure fair use for all customers, Poker Spin Tracker uses an account-sharing detection system, as well as integrity and version checks on copies of the software in circulation. In cases of abuse, or if a modified or unauthorized copy is detected, access to the relevant product may be permanently suspended, without refund, and may give rise to legal action.
