📋Introduction
These Terms of Sale apply to products or subscriptions (including Poker Spin Tracker) sold by Poker Sciences. We have drafted them as transparently as possible.
📌1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of digital products offered by Poker Sciences SAS, headquartered in Besançon (France). By purchasing any of these products, the customer accepts these terms.

Accepted payment methods: Credit card or bank transfer.
No additional fees.
🔑3. Product Access
Digital product: Immediate access after payment confirmation. By confirming the order, the customer acknowledges that the purchase is final and does not benefit from the 14-day withdrawal right.
User account required: The customer must create an account with a valid email address to purchase and access the product.
An invoice is automatically issued by Poker Sciences after the order. It is available upon request.
⚖️4. Customer Obligations
Non-disclosure requirement:
The content of Poker Sciences products such as the Preflop Pack is the exclusive property of Poker Sciences SAS and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The customer agrees not to exploit, reproduce, represent, modify, publish, transmit or distort, in whole or in part, the content or databases available on the site.
In case of violation, Poker Sciences reserves the right to terminate access without refund and to pursue legal action.
