🔒Introduction
Having a privacy policy is mandatory, but it also allows us to be transparent with the customers of Poker Sciences and Poker Spin Tracker (a Spin tracker created by Poker Sciences).
📋Data Collection
When you sign up on the site, we collect the following data:

- preferred language
🎯Use of This Data
Your email address allows us to authenticate you on the Poker Sciences and/or Poker Spin Tracker website and to contact you occasionally to inform you of new content on Poker Sciences and/or Poker Spin Tracker (for example, if we create a new course).

This data is kept confidential and will never be shared with any third-party organization (poker site, etc.).
📊Data Import in Poker Spin Tracker
When you use Poker Spin Tracker and import your game data, it is automatically analyzed to calculate the indicators displayed on the tracker (CEV, bankroll, reg/fish ratio, etc.).
When importing your data, your username on your poker room is automatically removed from the files and is therefore never stored.
It is therefore impossible for us to link the information you import into Poker Spin Tracker to your username or your account on a poker room.
In practice:
- When importing, your files are sent securely (end-to-end encryption) to our analysis servers.
- Our analysis servers algorithmically process your files to extract important data (chips won, actions taken, positions, etc.) and calculate the data displayed in the tracker (CEV, bankroll, etc.). Your username on your poker room is automatically removed during this processing.
- This data is transferred to our storage servers. These servers allow us to provide you with almost instant access to all the data you see when using the tracker.
- Your data is stored for as long as you wish. You can delete your data at any time, import by import, by clicking "Delete" in the Import tab.
Warning: This deletion is permanent, it completely erases this data from our servers and we have no way to recover it once deleted.
Some data may be aggregated to provide you with useful indicators (for example, average CEV observed at a given stake). These processes are carried out using aggregated and non-identifiable data, and in no case allow the identification of a user or individual account.
Specifically, all data imported into Poker Spin Tracker:
- remains strictly confidential,
- is never shared, resold or transmitted to third parties,
- cannot be used to personally identify you,
- is used exclusively for your use of the tracker and to provide you with the indicators and analyses you access.
Poker Spin Tracker is a tool developed and operated by Poker Sciences.
As such, Poker Sciences is legally bound by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to comply with the data processing commitments (particularly your anonymity) it makes above.

In this context, respecting your anonymity and the confidentiality of your data are legal requirements that Poker Sciences strictly complies with. This framework ensures that your data is processed securely and within a legal framework.

⏱️Data Retention Period
Your data remains stored as long as you are registered on Poker Sciences. If you decide to delete your account, all information concerning you will be erased from our system.

If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails. You can also make this request at the following address: contact@pokersciences.com
You can contact us at the same address to request the deletion of your Poker Sciences account. Your request will be processed as soon as possible.
Please note that this action is irreversible — your account and all your data will be permanently deleted.
